Made to Order

Most Claudia Emily Miami pieces are made to order just for you — printed and finished when you place your order, rather than sitting in a warehouse. It's a slower, more thoughtful way to make clothes, and it means a few days of production before your order ships.

Processing Time

Orders are produced and processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches and holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking as soon as it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and shown at checkout based on your address and the items in your order. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin once your order has shipped, and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, carriers are sometimes slow to scan packages — but if something seems wrong, email us and we'll look into it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at claudiaemilymiami@gmail.com — we can usually update an address before the order ships, but we can't reroute a package once it's with the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 14 days and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
